With carefully crafted and exciting dishes to choose from each night, the restaurant will be serving up scrumptious signature creations from the far corners of the globe. From traditional Indian cuisine concocted with fragrant spices to delicious fresh seafood, Brasserie offers something for everyone.

Brasserie themed nights include:

• Saturday - Journey to India : Enjoy succulent traditional dishes rich in exotic spices and flavours.
• Sunday - Hearty British Fare : Featuring traditional classics made with quality local ingredients.
• Monday -  Taste Of Asia : Enjoy an array of Asian dishes bursting with tastes of the Far East.
• Tuesday - Latino Anoche :  Delicious Latin American delicacies guaranteed to excite your taste buds.
• Wednesday - Piccante : Sample mouthwatering dishes inspired by the ancient spice route between the historic civilizations of Asia, Northeast Africa and Europe.
• Thursday - Best Of Med : Boasting flavoursome Mediterranean dishes using the very freshest ingredients.
• Friday - Fresh Catch Night : including the freshest catches on the day, straight from the market to your plate.

Brasserie is set to bring market fresh delicacies from around the globe straight to your plate, with the introduction of its market inspired family friendly brunch running every Friday.

Guests can now sample a host of delicacies from live cooking stations including two carving stations, tandoori and wok stations, to name but a few.

Diners can enjoy a range of delights from the exquisite buffet featuring everything from grilled lobsters to authentic Indian bhurji to a dedicated kid’s corner which includes a chocolate fountain. The buffet also includes a fresh salad station where guests are encouraged to create their own salads using the freshest ingredients and dressings.

In addition to the delicacies on offer, the popular Penguin Club offers little ones the opportunity to sample a host of fun-filled activities, whilst allowing the adults to unwind and enjoy the relaxing music played live by the resident entertainment duo.

Join us at Brasserie every Friday from 1pm to 4pm for just AED 200/- per person (including water and selected soft drinks) and AED 320/- per person (including unlimited selected beverages).
