One of our flagship restaurants, Rhodes Mezzanine offers guests the chance to experience the very best of Modern British cuisine.

A flamboyant mix of modernist and baroque, the restaurant space combines visual wit with stylish indulgence and comfort. But it’s delicious food that’s the focus: start with Langoustine and Scallops with caviar hollandaise, perhaps. Try the Beef Fillet with oxtail-stuffed lettuce balls. Or Roast Lamb with broad beans and mutton hash. But leave space for the comfort of Bread & Butter pudding.

ABOUT THE CHEF 

Chef Gary Rhodes is one of the world’s best-known celebrity chefs.

In a dazzling international career of over 30 years, he has passionately pursued his signature approach of applying French haute cuisine principles to traditional British dishes, thus transforming them into classics of Modern British cooking.

So far he has collected six of the coveted Michelin stars.
