ABOUT THE CHEF 

Marco Lucentini’s culinary journey spans over two decades. It was at the age of seventeen that young Marco had his first taste of the gastronomic world, joining Villa Thea Hotel as a Commis de Cuisine.

Since then, he has worked in some of Italy’s finest restaurants and prepared classic Italian cuisine and oversaw the running of the Kitchen that hosted dinners for delegates and dignitaries at his tenure with the Italian Consulate Club in Saudi Arabia.
